For agencies

Clients write in Telegram. The team sees tasks.

Ten client chats. Edits, approvals and “can you also…” live in the thread. The account manager copies that onto a board in the evening — or does not, and the designer finds out from the scroll the next day.

How to connect

Three steps — bot, group, code

Nobody has to learn a new chat. People keep writing in the same Telegram they used yesterday.

1

Create an account

No card. There is a Free plan — you can connect Telegram and create tasks straight away.

2

Open the bot in a private chat

Follow the link from Tydy and tap Start. That ties your Telegram account to the workspace.

3

Add the bot to the group

Make the bot an admin and send /connect with a one-time code. One code is one chat. In a forum, one /connect covers the whole group.

Usually about two minutes. The bot must be an admin in the group — otherwise Telegram does not send ordinary messages to it.

Personal client threads go through Telegram Business: add the Tydy bot in Telegram settings and pick which chats enter the workspace. The client gets the reply from your account, not from a bot.

Compare

Not a shared spreadsheet of “what they asked”

Chats stay chats. Tasks land on projects instead of piling up in one person’s head.

Several chats, one list

Groups, topics and the personal chats you add show up in Chats. Linked tasks are not hiding in the scroll.

Reply to the client from Tydy

You can reply into a group from the task. With Telegram Business the message leaves from your account — the client sees you, not a bot.

Projects stay separate

Tasks live on projects with columns. Roles decide who sees which project. Access is checked on the server, not by hiding a button.

Workspaces do not leak

Data is split by workspace. Another agency’s client chats do not appear here.

Questions people actually ask

Not necessarily. Many agencies use one workspace and a project per client. A separate workspace is for when people and data must be isolated hard.

The bot is in the group — otherwise Telegram will not deliver messages. The client does not register in Tydy and does not change how they write.

Yes, with Telegram Business: you add specific personal chats to the workspace, reply from Tydy, and the client gets the message from your account.

Tasks belong to a project. Roles and project access are configurable. Someone who cannot see a project will not see its tasks — even if they know the workspace exists.

No. People see what their role and project access allow. Hiding a menu item is not enough: the server checks every action.

Yes, if you added that personal chat through Telegram Business. Personal chats you did not add never enter the workspace.

No. Free starts without a card. A bot of your own from BotFather is on paid plans; the token is stored encrypted.
