For freelancers

The client writes in Telegram — the task is already yours

You work alone. Clients drop voice notes, screenshots and change the brief in the same chat where you discussed something else yesterday. Jira is overkill, notes lose the thread, and a week later you cannot remember what they actually asked for.

How to connect

Three steps — bot, group, code

Nobody has to learn a new chat. People keep writing in the same Telegram they used yesterday.

1

Create an account

No card. There is a Free plan — you can connect Telegram and create tasks straight away.

2

Open the bot in a private chat

Follow the link from Tydy and tap Start. That ties your Telegram account to the workspace.

3

Add the bot to the group

Make the bot an admin and send /connect with a one-time code. One code is one chat. In a forum, one /connect covers the whole group.

Usually about two minutes. The bot must be an admin in the group — otherwise Telegram does not send ordinary messages to it.

Compare

Not another planner next to Telegram

The client does not move. You stop keeping the brief in your head and in Saved Messages.

Voice notes do not vanish

The recording stays on the task with a transcript. You do not re-listen to the chat to recover the wording.

The screenshot belongs to the task

The image from the thread does not live apart from the text. It sits in the same Task Conversation as the follow-ups.

A follow-up does not spawn a duplicate

“And change the headline too” two hours later lands on the same card, not a second task with a similar title.

The client does not need an account

They keep writing where they already write. You sign up. Free needs no card — limits are on the pricing page.

Questions people actually ask

Yes, if the work arrives in Telegram rather than from your own head. Tydy does not require a team: a workspace can be just you.

The voice note is stored on the task and transcribed. The transcript is part of the context, not a file you parked somewhere else.

Free is meant as a start without a card: tasks, Kanban, Telegram, AI Inbox and MCP. Exact limits change in the catalog — see pricing. We do not hard-code them here.

No. They stay in Telegram. You open Tydy to see the board, files and the task history.

Yes: separate projects or separate connected chats. How many projects a plan allows is on the pricing page, not here.

A group: bot as admin and /connect with a code. A personal chat with the client: Telegram Business, and you add that chat explicitly. An ordinary message does not connect the chat by itself.

No. Tydy has no documents and no wiki. If you need a knowledge base, keep Notion (or whatever you already use) for writing. Tydy takes work out of the chat.
