The “Pay” button doesn’t work on mobile
Telegram task manager
Tasks from Telegram chats — without the manual triage
A client sends three messages, a screenshot and a voice note. While someone copies that into a tracker, a follow-up lands in the chat — and a second card appears for the same job. Tydy reads the batch as one request and updates the existing task instead of duplicating it.
3 Telegram messages → 1 task, CRM-91 “Fix the pay button on mobile”.
How to connect
Three steps — bot, group, code
Nobody has to learn a new chat. People keep writing in the same Telegram they used yesterday.
Create an account
No card. There is a Free plan — you can connect Telegram and create tasks straight away.
Open the bot in a private chat
Follow the link from Tydy and tap Start. That ties your Telegram account to the workspace.
Add the bot to the group
Make the bot an admin and send /connect with a one-time code. One code is one chat. In a forum, one /connect covers the whole group.
Usually about two minutes. The bot must be an admin in the group — otherwise Telegram does not send ordinary messages to it.
Compare
Not a tracker you paste the chat into
The difference is not another board. It is where the task comes from in the first place.
People write as they already do
No /new_task. Group, topic or DM — Tydy only listens to the chats you connect.
Several messages, one task
A screenshot, a voice note and “and on iPad too” do not become three cards. A follow-up an hour later updates the same task.
The context stays on the task
The thread, attachments and the voice transcript live in the Task Conversation — not in a manager’s head.
AI proposes, you decide
Low-confidence changes wait in Inbox. Every applied action has a source — and you can undo it.
Questions people actually ask
No. The team sends ordinary messages. The bot exists so Telegram can give Tydy the chat: Start from a link in a private chat, /connect with a one-time code in a group. After that, the conversation stays a conversation.
No. Tydy looks at the batch and the project’s open tasks. If it is about work that already exists, it updates that task. Sometimes it decides this is not a task at all.
No. Clients and colleagues stay where they already write. Tydy is for the people who run the work: tasks, the board, chats and history.
They stay on the task. Voice notes arrive with a transcript. You do not forward files into a tracker by hand.
Below the confidence threshold a proposal lands in Inbox: accept, ignore or restore. An action that already applied can be undone.
Usually about two minutes: an account, Start with the bot, admin rights in the group and /connect. Without admin rights Telegram does not send ordinary messages to the bot.
