What an AI action is
An AI action is spent when Tydy reads a batch of chat messages and decides what to do with it. Messages themselves do not use the limit. Screenshots and voice notes count against their own limits.
A batch counts even when Tydy decides there is no task in it. If processing is off for a chat, no actions are spent.

Auto-renewal
With consent at checkout, the payment method is saved and the subscription renews automatically. You can turn off auto-renewal or detach the card in billing.

Payment is in roubles through YooKassa, by the workspace owner or a member with billing rights.
No. The Free plan needs only an account; you can connect Telegram and create tasks right away.
When the platform has trials enabled, your first workspace may start with a Pro trial. When it ends, the workspace moves to Free automatically and nothing is charged.
One workspace: all of its projects, members and Telegram chats within the plan’s limits.
Yes, if you consented to auto-renewal and saving a card at checkout. You can turn off auto-renewal or detach the card anytime in billing; the already-paid period continues until it ends.
The workspace keeps the paid plan for a grace period of 3 day(s). After that it is restricted until you pay; your data stays.
Yes. The workspace switches to Free at the end of the paid period.
AI processing of conversations and attachments in the workspace. The allowance is per workspace and resets monthly.
Yes, on every plan. The assignee gets a Telegram message a day and an hour before the due date, and once when it is overdue; they only need to link Telegram to their account. Everyone sets their own reminder timing, quiet hours and morning digest. The due date calendar and overdue reports are on every plan too.
