1. Offeror #
The Offeror (Operator) is Komishan Nikita Danilovich (Комишан Никита Данилович), a self-employed individual (самозанятый), INN 231142994315.
Contact for commercial and legal matters: legal@tydy.dev; billing and product support: support@tydy.dev. Communications are by email only; no postal address is published under this Offer.
2. Acceptance of the offer #
This document is a public offer. Acceptance occurs when you create an account, start a trial where offered, switch or purchase a paid plan, or otherwise expressly accept the Offer in the Service interface.
Acceptance also constitutes agreement to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy published on tydy.dev.
3. Subject matter #
The Operator grants remote access to the Tydy SaaS platform: workspace collaboration around projects and tasks, optional configured Telegram integrations, AI-proposed actions with Inbox review where required, and optional MCP access under scopes intersecting live RBAC.
The Service does not sell Telegram itself, payment-provider services, or third-party MCP hosts. Those relationships remain between you and the respective providers.
4. Plans and entitlements #
Catalog plans include Free, Pro, and Team. Exact feature limits, seats, and entitlements are shown in the pricing and billing interfaces and may be updated prospectively.
An optional Pro trial may be available subject to eligibility rules (including limits designed to prevent trial abuse). A trial by itself is not consent to automatic charges. Auto-renewal of a paid subscription starts only after the User’s separate consent when purchasing a paid plan and saving a payment method. Trial end without purchase returns the workspace to Free according to product lifecycle rules.
5. Workspace-scoped subscriptions #
Subscriptions and plan entitlements are scoped to a workspace. A user’s experience may reflect the plans of workspaces they belong to; purchasing for one workspace does not automatically upgrade unrelated workspaces.
6. Prices and currency #
Paid plan prices are denominated in Russian rubles (RUB) and displayed in the Service before payment. Taxes, if applicable under self-employment rules, are handled as required by law; the checkout UI states what you are charged.
The Operator may change list prices for future periods. Changes do not retroactively alter a period already paid except as required by law or as expressly stated at purchase.
7. Payment method #
Payments for paid plans are processed through YooKassa. By paying, you also accept YooKassa’s applicable terms for the payment transaction.
The Operator does not receive or store full card numbers; payment credentials are handled by the payment provider according to its practices.
8. Automatic renewal #
When purchasing a paid subscription, the User may consent to saving a payment method and automatic renewal.
With auto-renewal enabled, the price of the applicable plan is charged automatically from the saved payment method at the start of the next billing period (monthly for month plans; according to the chosen period for yearly plans).
Before the first payment, the Service shows the plan price, subscription period, and auto-renewal information. Consent to auto-renewal is a separate action in the Service interface at checkout and is not given by account registration alone.
The amount of each renewal charge is the catalog price of the plan that should apply in the next period. If the User scheduled a change to another plan, the next charge uses the price of that new plan as shown in the interface.
At any time before the next charge, the User may turn off auto-renewal, detach the saved payment method, or change the plan according to the billing rules available in the Service.
Turning off auto-renewal or detaching a payment method does not end already-paid access: the paid plan remains until the end of the paid period.
If an automatic charge fails, the Service may retry payment during a grace period. Subscription status and grace end dates are shown in the interface.
If payment is not completed successfully before the grace period ends, the workspace is moved to Free or another base plan under the then-current billing rules.
Automatic charges are not made after auto-renewal is turned off or the saved payment method is detached.
9. Turning off auto-renewal and changing plans #
The User may turn off automatic renewal in workspace billing settings. After that, no new automatic charges are made, and the current paid plan remains until the end of the paid period.
The User may also detach a saved payment method without contacting support. Detaching a payment method turns off automatic renewal.
A switch to a cheaper paid plan may be scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Until then the User keeps the current plan.
A scheduled paid plan takes effect only if the next period is paid successfully. If payment fails, the new paid plan is not granted for free.
Without a successful renewal after the paid period and any configured grace period end, the workspace moves to Free or another base plan.
Upgrades to a more expensive plan follow the terms shown in the interface before the User confirms the change.
10. Trial and purchase during trial #
If you purchase during an active Pro trial, paid entitlements and period timing follow the billing rules implemented in the Service (including how remaining trial time interacts with the paid period). Details are shown in the billing UI at the time of purchase.
11. Refunds and cancellations #
Voluntary cancellation of a paid period may stop renewal for subsequent periods; whether unused time is refunded depends on mandatory law and the specific purchase terms shown at checkout. Where refunds are not required, fees for commenced periods are generally non-refundable.
To request a refund review where you believe one is legally due, contact support@tydy.dev with the workspace, payment reference, and reason.
12. Service levels #
Unless a separate written SLA is executed, no uptime percentage, support response time, or performance guarantee is included in this Offer. The Service is provided as described in the Terms of Service.
AI proposals are assistive; they do not replace your judgment. Telegram and MCP features depend on third-party availability and on correct configuration by you.
13. Suspension and termination #
The Operator may suspend or limit access for non-payment, chargebacks, Acceptable Use violations, security incidents, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time; plan downgrades follow the billing UI.
14. Liability under the offer #
Liability limitations in the Terms of Service apply to this Offer. The Operator does not make unverified compliance or certification claims as part of the commercial bargain.
15. Changes to the offer #
The Operator may publish an updated Offer on tydy.dev. The updated version applies to new acceptances and, where permitted, to ongoing use after notice. The effectiveDate and updatedDate fields identify the published version.
