Why teams look for a Bitrix24 alternative
Bitrix24 does a lot. Its pricing page describes a flat rate per organization that covers CRM, tasks with Kanban and Gantt, shared calendars, chat and video calls, plus sales pipelines, telephony and automation on higher plans. For a company that uses all of it, that is convenient. Most searches for an alternative come from teams that only need a slice.
- Only tasks are needed. A small studio or team does not use sales pipelines, telephony or a site builder, yet works inside a large portal with many sections.
- The free plan is small. On bitrix24.com, Free is for 1 to 2 users. Basic includes 5 users, so a sixth person moves the company to Standard.
- Key task features sit on higher plans. Unlimited projects and boards come with Standard, while task time tracking and task automation come with Professional.
- The team does not talk in the portal. When clients and colleagues write in Telegram, someone has to copy each request into Bitrix24 by hand, and the task list lags behind the conversation.
What to check in a Bitrix24 alternative
- Which part of Bitrix24 is moving. CRM, tasks, internal chat, documents or all of it. This decides whether you need one tool or two.
- Task basics. Assignees and watchers, due dates, subtasks, checklists, Kanban, calendar, overdue reporting.
- How pricing works. Flat per organization, per workspace or per user, and how many people the free plan covers.
- Where the team talks. In the tool or in Telegram. If in Telegram, check how a message becomes a task and whether the chat context stays with it.
- Moving your data. Whether tasks and projects can be imported from Bitrix24 and what you will recreate by hand. Ask the vendor before you pay.

The alternatives in detail
Bitrix24 today: the baseline
For reference: on the Bitrix24 pricing page the Essentials plans are priced per organization, not per user. Free is for 1 to 2 users with 5 GB. Basic is $49 per month billed annually ($69 billed monthly) and includes 5 users. Standard is $99 ($144) for 50 users and Professional is $199 ($289) for 100 users. The page also offers Vibe+ plans with an app builder and REST API at higher prices.
Bitrix24 tasks are capable: you can choose between a Kanban board, Gantt chart, Scrum and a task list, and the platform has its own chat, video calls and an AI assistant, CoPilot. Unlimited projects and boards come with Standard, task time tracking and task automation with Professional. On the pricing page, Telegram appears as a channel for selling and talking to clients, and the Bitrix24 Market lists apps such as Telegram task notifications. Team planning itself happens inside Bitrix24.
ClickUp: the broad all-in-one option
ClickUp covers tasks, docs, chat, goals, sprints and automations in one workspace. If you used Bitrix24 as a general project hub, ClickUp is the closest in breadth on the project side, although it is not a CRM suite.
On the pricing page, Free Forever includes unlimited tasks and free members, Kanban, calendar view, sprints and time tracking, with 60 MB of storage. Core is $9 per user per month billed yearly ($12 regular) and adds unlimited storage and unlimited Gantt charts. Business is $17 ($25 regular), and Enterprise has custom pricing.
Zoho Projects: low per-user price, part of the Zoho suite
Zoho Projects is project management with tasks, subtasks, timesheets and workflows. For teams that liked having CRM and projects from one vendor, it connects to the wider Zoho family, where CRM is a separate product.
According to the pricing page, Free covers up to 5 users and 3 projects. Premium is $4 per user per month billed annually ($5 monthly) and adds unlimited projects, time logs and timesheets, recurring tasks and task reminders. Enterprise is $9 ($10) and Ultimate is $14 ($15). There is a 15-day free trial without a card. Zoho shows prices in local currency by region: on Nov 5, 2026 our screenshot showed EUR (€4, €9 and €14), while the USD figures above are from the same official page.
Basecamp: flat pricing and a calm project structure
Basecamp organizes work by project: to-dos, message boards, chat, schedules and files live together. Like Bitrix24, it charges by package rather than strictly per user, which makes the bill predictable.
The pricing page lists Basecamp Personal, free for one project and up to 3 people. Business packages start after a 30-day free trial: Freelancer $29 per month (3 projects, up to 5 users), Pro $79 (8 projects, up to 10 users), Pro Plus $99 (12 projects, up to 15 users, adds time tracking) and Pro Unlimited $199 per month billed annually (unlimited projects and users).
Tydy: when the team talks in Telegram, not in a portal
To be upfront: Tydy is not a full Bitrix24 replacement. It has no CRM, telephony, sites, file storage or HR tools. If you need those, stay with Bitrix24 or pick a suite.
Tydy covers one part, tasks, and does it where the team already talks. Bitrix24 expects the team to work in its own chat. If your clients and colleagues write in Telegram, Tydy connects to the work groups, topics and selected Business DMs and suggests creating or updating a task from messages, screenshots and voice notes. Uncertain changes wait for a person in AI Inbox. The team can read the work chats inside Tydy and see which task each message belongs to.
Each task keeps its conversation: Telegram messages, team replies, files and internal notes. Tasks live on a Kanban board, with a calendar by due date and an overdue report. The bot reminds the main assignee in Telegram a day and an hour before the due date, can send a morning digest and respects quiet hours. This is included on every plan.
Like Bitrix24, pricing is not per member but per workspace: Free 0 ₽ (up to 2 members, 3 projects), Pro 990 ₽ per month (up to 5 members), Team 2,990 ₽ per month (up to 15 members). Yearly billing saves 17%, and payment is in roubles via YooKassa.
What a team of 8 would pay
Take a small team of 8 that needs tasks. The numbers use the lowest suitable plan from the official pages as of 11/05/2026.
| Tool | Suitable plan | Per month for 8 people |
|---|---|---|
| Bitrix24 | Standard billed annually (Free covers 1 to 2 users, Basic 5) | $99 for the organization |
| ClickUp | Core billed yearly (Free Forever with 60 MB storage is also an option) | $72 |
| Zoho Projects | Premium billed annually (Free covers 5 users) | $32 |
| Basecamp | Pro, up to 10 users and 8 projects | $79 |
| Tydy | Team (Pro covers 5 members) | 2,990 ₽ per workspace |
Do not compare totals alone. Bitrix24 includes CRM and business tools in that price, ClickUp and Zoho Projects grow with every new user, Basecamp limits the number of projects, and Tydy covers only tasks but costs the same for any team up to 15 members.
How to move off Bitrix24
- Split the workspace. CRM and deals, tasks and projects, chat, files. Decide what moves, what stays and what can be closed.
- Save what matters. Export open tasks, active projects and important files. Closed tasks can usually stay archived.
- Ask about migration. Check whether the new tool imports from Bitrix24 or offers help with moving, and test it on one project.
- Decide how tasks enter the new tool. By hand, from a form, from email or straight from the work chat.
- Set a switch date. From that day new tasks are created only in the new tool, and Bitrix24 stays read-only.
